Funke Akindele, a renowned Nollywood actress and filmmaker, has expressed her condolences and prayers for the victims of the recent tragic explosion in Ibadan, Oyo state.
On Tuesday, January 16, 2024, reports emerged of explosions occurring in various areas of the state capital.
Funke Akindele took to her Instagram page to convey her deepest sympathies to all those affected by the incident.
She acknowledged that the magnitude of the tragedy is difficult to express in words, and she prayed that God would provide strength to the affected individuals to cope with their unimaginable loss.

What I have seen since last night is beyond words, and I pray that God gives everyone affected the fortitude to bear this unimaginable loss.
