Bovi Ugboma, a Nigerian comedian, has spoken out against Nigerians living in America and Canada over his performance tickets.
The comedian said on his Instagram page that people are begging him for free tickets in his direct messages. He mocked them, questioning whether they hadn’t noticed the greener pastures they were chasing or whether they were simply feeling entitled. Calling them silly children, he wrote:
“People living in America and Canada are all up in my DMs asking me for free tickets. Una neva still see d greener pastures wey una go look for or na just stup!d ass entitlement Dey do una? Foolish children”.
While some found humor in his post, others took it to heart as they slammed him for being unethical in his profession.
