Nigerian singer Slimcase, also known as Oluwafemi Oladapo, expressed in a recent interview that his colleague Burna Boy continues to sound fresh to him, even after being in the music industry for over a decade.
The ‘Shaku Shaku’ artist shared his thoughts during a conversation with Cool FM, Lagos, hosted by reality star Tacha.
Slimcase said, “The top five artists I am feeling right now, Burna Boy is number one. He is still a new artist. He is always new to me everyday.
“I am also feeling Wizkid Chan, Omah Lay, Wizkid, and Baddest [Davido].”
It is worth noting that Davido previously caused a stir by grouping Burna Boy with “new cats” like Rema, Asake, Fireboy, and Omah Lay.
