A Nigerian man is shocked and ignites an internet discourse after seeing gorillas named ‘Ngozi’ and ‘Nneka’ at a Canadian zoo.
In the footage, the man displays his face while on an aircraft just before arriving at what appears to be a zoo.
The video’s description explains that the man’s visit was to a zoo, reading: “You went to a zoo in Canada.”
Moments after arriving at the spot, he is surprised to discover that several of the animals, particularly gorillas, have been given Nigerian names. He sees two gorillas called ‘Ngozi’ and ‘Nneka’.
Shortly after he released the video online, concerned users swarmed the comment area to voice their concerns.
