In a surprising turn of events, FC Barcelona’s young star Lamine Yamal has reportedly unfollowed his girlfriend, Alex Padilla, on social media. The move comes after a controversial video involving Padilla sparked significant online attention and discussion.
Alex was seemingly seen sitting on someone else’s lap during a viral live-streamed video.
With no further information to hand, Barca fans jumped to conclusions and accused the influencer of ‘cheating’ on their club’s teen prodigy – some even shared screenshots of abusive messages they had sent her.
Padilla was at the Euro 2024 final to celebrate with Yamal, joining the 17-year-old on the pitch for the trophy celebrations after Spain beat England.
They were later spotted flying to Milan together after the tournament, followed by a trip to Greece.
