Nigerian social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, known as VeryDarkMan has provoked clergyman and founder of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry, Pastor Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin.
The ongoing dispute arose subsequent to Fufeyin’s introduction of his assortment of miracle products, such as soap, water, and perfume, among others, back in June. Notably, the clergyman asserted that the miracle soap holds endorsement from NAFDAC.
The visual content failed to resonate positively with VeryDarkMan, who proceeded to critique the products. Consequently, the clergyman initiated legal action by filing a lawsuit amounting to N1 billion against him.
VeryDarkMan contended that the clergyman not only took legal action but also obtained a restraining order, cautioning him against further commentary. Displaying the legal paperwork, the social media critic expressed determination to contest the case.
Subsequently, VeryDarkMan, known for his reluctance to shy away from conflict, acquired the miracle substance and proceeded to evaluate its efficacy on individuals afflicted with auditory and visual impairments in FCT, Abuja. A recording on his Instagram profile captures the activist administering the water to the blind and deaf individuals.
VeryDarkMan articulated his purpose of subjecting the healing water to this group in order to ascertain its effectiveness and secure tangible proof for presentation in court.
