Famous Nigerian singer Dammy Krane has been freed from police custody thanks to activist VDM, who pleaded with Afrobeats superstar Davido for his release.
Dammy Krane was arrested in Abuja following a petition filed by Davido accusing him of defamation.
Dammy has a history of criticizing Davido, including alleging that he was involved in the death of his aide, Tagbo.
