Renowned Nigerian chef Hilda Baci, who previously held a Guinness World Record, has revealed the launch of her Christmas Menu Cooking Class.

Taking place from November 4 to December 9, 2024, this virtual class is designed to empower women and budding chefs in Nigeria and beyond, providing them with valuable culinary skills and career prospects.

In this 13th installment of her cooking class, exclusively hosted on Telegram, Hilda Baci is offering participants the opportunity to win exciting prizes, such as a brand new 2018 Hyundai Sonata and a ₦10 million cash award.

Registration for the course is currently open at a fee of ₦50,000, and interested chefs are urged to sign up through her Instagram page, @myfoodbyhilda, before the November 3 cutoff.

Reflecting on her journey since the inception of the class in 2021, Hilda Baci shared her excitement about the growth and impact of the initiative.

“With every edition, we’ve not just taught cooking, but we’ve woven a tapestry of dreams, aspirations, and endless possibilities This year, we’re excited to continue this beautiful tradition, opening doors to new opportunities for our participants,” she stated.

The Christmas Menu Cooking Class will reportedly cover over 160 recipes, advanced plating techniques, pricing strategies, and video editing skills for both beginners and advanced learners.Alongside honing their culinary craft, participants will acquire the knowledge necessary to thrive in the food industry.

“My commitment to empower women is at the heart of this initiative. The more women we can train to become economically stable, the better our society will be,” Hilda emphasized.
