Famous businessman and singer Mr Eazi distances himself from the heated rants of celebrity Afrobeat singer Wizkid, which have been going on for over 24 hours.
It all began yesterday, when Wizkid unleashed a series of attacks on his rival, Davido, and has since sustained the pressure despite being ignored.
Amidst the back and forth between his fans and supporters, an X user quizzed Mr Eazi on his silence on the issue despite other celebrity’s opinions on Wizkid’s lengthy rant.
“You no go support your oga?” a social media user quizzed.
Mr Eazi responded, “My only oga na Jesus Christ.”
Notably, both musicians have publicly expressed their regard and affection for one another throughout the years. They’ve cooperated musically on several times, most notably on the track “Daddy Yo,” which featured Mr Eazi.
Their bond goes beyond music, as they frequently compliment each other’s accomplishments to Afrobeats and the global music scene.
