Chelsea’s right back, Reece James, has returned to training after missing a lot of time with a hamstring issue.
James has not played this season since sustaining a hamstring injury in the summer, and a setback in September has extended his absence.
The ongoing quiet over James’ status has left many supporters apprehensive, but he is now back in full squad training.
The Blues hope he will be fit enough to feature in Enzo Maresca’s team before the end of the year.
James has been teasing an imminent return on social media for a few weeks now, insisting he will see fans “soon” as he approaches the end of his treatment.
The right-back made five appearances under Maresca in pre-season but has not been seen since Chelsea found their feet under the new boss.
Meanwhile, in his absence, Frenchman Malo Gusto has dominated the minutes, with centre-back Axel Disasi also helping out in some matches.
