Diddy accuser reveals her identity in lawsuit for alleged sexual assault

Diddy

Recently, one of the women who has accused Diddy of sexual assault has revealed her identity. As per newly acquired court documents from AllHipHop, Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil declined the request for the woman to pursue her lawsuit under conditions of anonymity.

Candice McCrary has subsequently instituted legal proceedings in her own name, alleging that the Bad Boy founder sexually assaulted her during a gathering in 2004.

“Upon arriving at the hotel suite, Ms. McCrary noticed that there were a dozen people there having drinks and listening to music in a relaxed party environment,” the lawsuit alleges. “While attempting to mingle around the party, Ms. McCrary and her friend were suddenly grabbed and taken to a separate room off from the main party. Ms. McCrary believed the man taking them to be a security guard, so she went with him. But when she asked him where they were going, he simply told her ‘You know what you are here for.’”

“Combs soon turned his sights to Ms. McCrary and forced her to take her clothes off, again under the threat of violence,” the lawsuit also alleges. “Once she was undressed, Combs forced himself on her and began to sexually assault her. Combs fondled, molested and ultimately raped Ms. McCrary, all while she was begging him to stop.”

The announcement of McCrary’s legal action comes shortly after Diddy submitted yet another request for bail following denials on two prior occasions.

Reportedly, his legal team has proposed a bond amounting to $50 million, along with continuous surveillance.

According to their proposition, Diddy would be prohibited from communicating with anyone apart from his legal representatives, as reported by the Associated Press.

As noted by Meghann Cuniff, the hearing regarding his bail has been scheduled for November 22. Prosecutors are required to submit any objections to the motion by November 15.
