Lalla Hirayama Opens Up About Her Cervical Cancer Scare

Lalla Hirayama, a South African presenter and media personality, has bravely spoken up about a recent health crisis, saying she was diagnosed with CINIII, a serious precancerous condition of the cervix.

In a touching social media message, Lalla described her recovery experience and encouraged women to address their gynecological health.

Lalla revealed that she had not had a standard PAP smear in years.

During a visit to Dr. Van Waart in Stellenbosch, she chose to undergo the test, which may have saved her life.

“It was scary,” she wrote. “But I’m on the other side, and my biopsy results are good.”

The presenter, known for her advocacy of holistic health, shared her gratitude for modern medicine and emphasized the importance of balancing natural approaches with medical interventions when necessary.

“I knew I needed regular PAP smears, but I didn’t fully understand their importance or how they worked,” she admitted.

Fans have praised Lalla for her courage in addressing such a personal and serious topic publicly.
