British rapper Skepta, real name Joseph Olaitan Adenuga Jr, has explained why he kept his promise to controversial Nigerian singer Portable, also known as Habeeb Okikiola.
In March 2024, following the success of their collaboration “Tony Montana,” Skepta, who has a net worth of over $20 million, vowed to give Portable all the earnings from the song and covered all production expenses.
The rapper expressed gratitude for not being greedy and honored the agreement they had made.

On Instagram, Portable wrote:
“Tony Montana money don enter. No ripping zone. Big Smoke. Big Money. I really appreciate you.”
