Media personality Toke Makinwa has reached out to singer 2Baba on Instagram in response to his recent announcement of his divorce from actress Annie Idibia.
In her Instagram post, Toke Makinwa raised concerns about the timing of the public disclosure, urging 2Baba to be mindful of the emotional impact it could have on Annie during this difficult time. She emphasized the importance of discretion and empathy when dealing with such personal matters, noting that few truly understand the complexities of relationships behind closed doors and that airing them publicly only adds unnecessary drama.
Toke reminded 2Baba of his advocacy for love and urged him to practice what he preaches by avoiding actions that could contribute to a negative narrative surrounding Annie.
She reassured Annie of her unwavering support, stating that a small circle of those who know the truth will stand by her.
