A Nigerian medical doctor warns men to avoid certain sex positions to prevent injury.

Dr. Ajidahun Olusina took to Twitter to caution men against engaging in doggy, cowgirl, and reverse positions, which can lead to fractures and serious health risks.

“As a Man there are some sexual positions you should remove from your diary if you don’t want to risk landing in a hospital – Doggy – Cowgirl – Reverse cow girl,” the medical doctor wrote.

“Reason is this, In these sexual positions The Penis’ angle during thrusting and Penetration puts it at a risk of Penis Fracture. A study once done in Men with Penis fractures showed Doggy to be most risky Doggy- 41% , Man on Top- 25.5%, 9% – Woman on Top So Doggy, SAY NO”.
