Kendrick Lamar Breaks Beyoncé Billboard Record with 24 Simultaneous #1 Hits

Kendrick Lamar

In a week, Kendrick Lamar has shattered a new record, achieving 24 simultaneous #1s across the Billboard charts.

This feat surpasses the previous record 23, set by Beyoncé in 2022, following the release of her critically acclaimed album Renaissance.

Lamar’s commercial dominance has soared since mid-2024, fueled partly by his high-profile hip-hop rivalry with Drake. His latest album, GNX, currently holds the #1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart, while his hit single Luther, featuring SZA, continues its reign atop the Billboard Hot 100 for the third consecutive week.

With this milestone, Kendrick Lamar further cements his legacy as one of the most influential artists in hip-hop history.
