Former BBNaija Star Khloe posted an update on her Instagram story moments ago regarding the sexual allegation made by a client about her Luxury spa brand, Sayria. The Brand has released an official statement following viral social media posts made by model and influencer Angelica Kelechi, who alleged an unpleasant experience at the spa on May 21st, 2025.
In the now-viral complaint, Angelica expressed discomfort over the spa services rendered during a surprise spa experience.
But Sayria has stepped forward to clarify their side of the story, noting that the client fully explained, consented to, and paid for all services.
According to the press release, Angelica and her companion received a curated treatment package that included massage therapy, wax services, and other beauty treatments.
Sayria emphasized that both clients were allowed to accept or decline treatments, and were also informed about the service process and associated costs.
“At per standard protocol, both clients were given privacy to change. The client in question was offered the choice of wearing disposable innerwear or managing herself. She chose the latter,” the statement read.
Following their treatments, Sayria stated that both clients expressed satisfaction and even tipped the spa team a total of ₦25,000, which was appreciated as a sign of approval.
However, after the visit, Angelica took to social media to express dissatisfaction, prompting the spa to investigate the matter internally. Sayria says their findings revealed no misconduct or breach of protocol, and they also extended a formal letter to Angelica addressing her concerns.
“We are committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, care, and client satisfaction,” Sayria stated.
They further assured the public that they have contacted Angelica directly and are committed to resolving the issue respectfully and transparently.
The incident has sparked mixed reactions online, with some defending the spa’s professionalism while others sympathize with Angelica’s experience. Regardless of where the public stands, it’s clear that open communication and client care are being prioritized as both parties seek a resolution.
