“Your Routine Statements ‘Don’t Cut It’” – Falz Slams President Tinubu Over Benue Massacre

Falz drop bombshell, Reveals VeryDarkMan was very Aggressive on the Phone

Nigerian rapper and activist Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz, has taken a swipe at President Bola Tinubu, accusing him of failing in his constitutional duty to protect Nigerian lives.

Falz’s reaction came after Tinubu issued a statement addressing the recent massacre in Benue, where over 200 people were reportedly killed and burned alive. In a strongly-worded post on X (formerly Twitter), the “Moral Instruction” crooner wrote:

“You have consistently shown that you are incapable of performing the primary duty of securing lives and property of your citizens. This routine statement does not cut it.”

The entertainer didn’t stop there. In a follow-up post, Falz lamented the lack of national outrage over the tragedy, questioning the collective silence:

“Over 200 senselessly slain and burnt alive in Benue and this is not even getting close to enough attention. Why are we so wicked to ourselves?”

The outspoken artist has long been known for using his platform to address social justice issues, from the #EndSARS movement to ongoing concerns about governance and insecurity in Nigeria.
