Beyoncé and her husband, Jay-Z, have reportedly taken a private helicopter to Oxfordshire as part of a luxury house-hunting trip in the Cotswolds.
According to the Oxford Mail, the power couple landed at Enstone Airfield, located just west of Bicester, to view a sprawling 58-acre property. The visit was said to have taken place earlier this week, coinciding with Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter World Tour stop in London.
Speculation about the couple’s interest in relocating to the English countryside first surfaced in April, with sources claiming they were looking for a quiet family retreat. Their latest visit appears to confirm that plans are progressing.
Beyoncé wrapped up six sold-out performances in London between June 5 and 16 before heading to Paris to continue the European leg of her tour.
Should the couple purchase a property in the Cotswolds, they would join an elite list of celebrity residents, including Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, Simon Cowell, and the Beckham family.
