“This Will Lead to War” – TikToker Peller Cries Out Over ₦100 Million Real Estate Scam

TikToker Peller Cries Out

Popular Nigerian TikTok influencer, Peller, has raised a serious alarm over what he describes as a ₦100 million real estate scam, claiming he was deceived in a property deal gone wrong.

In a recent livestream, the social media star revealed that he had agreed to purchase a property originally priced at ₦300 million, which was allegedly discounted to ₦200 million due to his celebrity status and influence.

According to Peller, he paid an upfront deposit of ₦100 million earlier this year, with the expectation that the house would be completed shortly after. However, several months have passed and there has been no visible progress on the property.

“This Will Lead to War” — Peller

Expressing his frustration, Peller said:

“About my house, we will have a big problem. The other time, I ended the livestream because I wanted to check my house. We are having a big problem, and this will lead to war.

I got a house that was supposed to go for ₦300m. They told me that because I am an influencer, we can do ₦200m. I paid ₦100m first, then the balance later. Since January, when I paid, till now, nothing has been done in the house. I asked them for a refund, they are saying it will take them some time.”

While Peller did not name the real estate company or individuals involved in the alleged scam, he issued a strong warning that the matter could escalate if his funds are not returned promptly.
