Donald Trump Diagnosed with Chronic Venous Insufficiency

Ukraine Politician Withdraws Trump’s Nobel Peace Prize Nomination Over Putin ‘Appeasement’

U.S. President Donald Trump has been diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) — a condition that affects blood circulation in the legs, particularly common among older adults.

According to reports, the diagnosis followed a comprehensive medical evaluation triggered by mild swelling observed in Trump’s lower legs. Vascular studies and ultrasounds were conducted by his medical team to assess the issue.

CVI occurs when the veins in the legs are unable to effectively return blood to the heart, usually due to weakened or faulty valves, leading to blood pooling in the lower extremities. While the condition is not uncommon in individuals over 70, Trump, who is 79 years old, is at higher risk due to age-related vascular changes.

Importantly, the president’s team confirmed that the tests revealed no signs of deep vein thrombosis or arterial disease, offering reassurance about the absence of more severe complications.
