Fresh off their victory on Netflix’s Building The Band, rising girl group 3QUENCY are taking the next big step in their musical journey. The trio has officially signed with RECORDS in partnership with Columbia Records.
Made up of Brianna Mazzola, Nori Moore, and Wennely Quezada, the group shared the exciting news on social media, while also confirming that their debut single under the new deal, Top Down, will arrive on September 5.
The track is produced by Tommy Brown, known for his work with Ariana Grande, BLACKPINK, and Victoria Monét.
Speaking about the signing and their upcoming release, the group said:
“It’s a dream come true to sign to RECORDS and Columbia Records. We immediately felt the love from the team and felt like we were at home. Our goal was to build a girl group on the foundation of sisterhood. Our bond makes 3QUENCY what it is, and we can’t wait for everybody to hear ‘Top Down’. It’s just the beginning.”
Adding to their momentum, the trio is co-managed by industry veteran Johnny Wright, who has guided the careers of Justin Timberlake, NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, and Britney Spears.
