Renowned Nigerian pastor, Enoch Adejare Adeboye, has sparked widespread reactions with a striking revelation to his global congregation.
Adeboye, the 83-year-old General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), disclosed that he had visited heaven many years ago. The cleric explained that during the experience, he saw God—whom he referred to as his father—seated on the throne, and even caught sight of his own house in heaven.
The revelation follows his earlier statement that he would one day pass away peacefully on a Sunday, after church service and a meal of his favorite dish, pounded yam.
Adeboye, who is known to own a private jet, a mansion, and access to luxury cars, went on to describe heaven’s beauty as beyond human expression.
In his words:
“I have seen heaven long ago, I have seen heaven, I have seen my father on his throne I have seen my house in heaven, heaven is so so beautiful, you don’t have a word to describe it.”
