Reality TV star Erica Nlewedim has shared her harrowing experience after heavy flooding disrupted her day in Lagos.
Taking to her X (formerly Twitter) page, Erica revealed that floodwaters were so intense that they seeped into her car while she was driving. On finally arriving at her destination, she was left stranded as her car broke down and refused to start.
After eventually fixing the vehicle, her troubles continued. She spent hours stuck in traffic before suffering yet another setback — a flat tire.
Expressing her frustration, Erica wrote:
“I almost cried today! Flood was so high water entered my car as I was driving, then when I got to my destination my car refused to turn on again and later when it was fixed I spent hours in traffic and got a flat tire! Maybe moving to Accra is not a bad idea.”
The actress’ post quickly sparked reactions from fans, with many sympathizing with her while also lamenting the worsening flood situation in Lagos.
