Singer Kraziecent Sues Odumodublvck for Alleged Assault and Property Damage
Nigerian singer Levi Ogbogiri, popularly known as Kraziecent, has filed a lawsuit against rapper Odumodublvck, accusing him of violent assault and battery during a public event held on December 16, 2024.
According to court filings, Kraziecent alleged that Odumodublvck attacked him without provocation while he was “peacefully taking videos and pictures” of himself at the event. The singer claimed that the rapper’s actions not only caused him physical harm but also led to the damage of his iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Kraziecent is seeking compensation for reputational harm and public humiliation, insisting that the incident negatively affected his image and career.
During the court session, Justice Adeyemi Ajayi fixed November 26 as the date for the hearing of the case after Kraziecent’s counsel, Uchenna Ojembe, informed the court that the defendant had not yet filed a response.
“The hearing may not commence because Sheriff Bello, the defendant’s counsel, has not responded. We, however, pray the court for a date,” Ojembe told the court.
In response, Odumodublvck’s lawyer, Sheriff Bello, requested an adjournment to enable him to adequately prepare for the case and “put his house in order.”
