Nollywood actress Nuella Njubigbo has joined fans and colleagues in celebrating her friend and fellow actress Eve Esin, who marked her birthday on Friday and is also preparing to walk down the aisle this weekend.
Taking to Instagram, Nuella described it as a “double celebration” for Eve, writing:
“It’s double celebration for my girl @eveesin. Happy Birthday to you Koksss! And big congratulations to you and your hubby.”
Nuella had earlier announced her arrival in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, on Thursday ahead of the star-studded wedding. Sharing a video on her Instagram story, she captioned it:
“Uyo!!! We’ve touched down Uyo for my girl @eveesin 🍾 It’s about to be a movie 💃 Stay tuned guys #lovefoundme25.”
Eve Esin, who turned 44 on Friday, is set to tie the knot on Saturday in her hometown in Akwa Ibom.
The actress officially confirmed her wedding date on social media, using the hashtag #LoveFoundMe2025, and wrote:
“I declare the week open in the name of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, Amen. I submit all to you, dear God. Take control.”
Her post drew a flood of congratulatory messages from fans, colleagues, and well-wishers across the entertainment industry.
Born Evelyn Esin, Eve studied Theatre Arts at the University of Calabar before joining the Nollywood industry, where she has featured in numerous hit movies. She has also received several awards, including Most Promising Actress at the 2015 City People Entertainment Awards and Best Supporting Actress at the Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA).
Eve was previously engaged to movie producer Chijioke Nneji in January 2020, but the relationship did not lead to marriage.
