Senator Ned Nwoko, representing Delta North, has made a public post amid widespread social media buzz surrounding his wife, popular actress Regina Daniels.
The lawmaker took to his official X (formerly Twitter) page to celebrate his latest recognition as Best Performing Senator of the Year at the Democracy Heroes Award Africa 2025.

Earlier, a video showing Regina Daniels in tears had gone viral, sparking concern among fans and speculation about her emotional state. In the clip, the actress appeared distressed as people around her tried to console her, saying she could no longer endure the situation at home.
While the video continued to trend, Senator Nwoko shared photos and clips from the award ceremony, which he attended with his Moroccan wife, Laila Charani.
