Annie Idibia and Nollywood actress Yvonne Jegede have unfollowed each other on Instagram, sparking fresh speculation about a strained relationship between the two women, who have known each other for years.
The move comes shortly after Yvonne hosted 2Baba and his new wife, Natasha Osawaru, during the ceremony marking her 20th anniversary in Nollywood. The event, which brought together several industry colleagues, generated divided reactions online, especially after Yvonne publicly praised her guests.
In the midst of the conversations, Yvonne shared a reflective post that many interpreted as her response to critics questioning her choices.
She wrote:
