Ronaldo doesn’t own a share in our club – Al-Nassr

The chairman of Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr, Abdullah Al-Majed, has clarified that Cristiano Ronaldo does not own any shares in the club.

Al-Majed made the clarification while addressing speculation surrounding Ronaldo’s influence and role within the Saudi Pro League following the Portuguese star’s high-profile move to Al-Nassr in January 2023 after leaving Manchester United.

Ronaldo’s arrival marked a turning point for the league, paving the way for several global stars — including Neymar Jr., Karim Benzema, and N’Golo Kanté — to join Saudi clubs, significantly boosting international attention.

Speaking in an interview reported by Sportskeeda, Al-Majed acknowledged the striker’s impact beyond the pitch, particularly in attracting top talent to the league.
