Country music star Keith Urban is reportedly navigating a major professional shift following a split from his longtime management team.
According to reports, the “Blue Ain’t Your Colour” singer has ended his working relationship with veteran manager Gary Borman, who has managed Urban for over two decades. A source was quoted as saying, “Management — everybody’s gone,” indicating a complete overhaul of Urban’s team.
Borman, a respected figure in the industry, has also managed top acts including Faith Hill, Lady Antebellum, and Trace Adkins. Reports suggest that Keith Urban’s split from Borman may be partly due to the manager preparing for retirement later this year.
The professional shake-up comes shortly after Urban finalised his divorce from actress Nicole Kidman, marking another significant change in his personal life.
In recent months, rumours have linked Keith Urban to rising country singer Karley Scott Collins, who opened for him during his tour in May last year. However, Collins has reportedly laughed off speculation of a romance.
Urban was also previously linked to guitarist Maggie Baugh, though a friend of Baugh dismissed the rumours, describing them as unfounded.
Meanwhile, reports suggest that multimillionaire businessman Paul Salem, chairman of the board of MGM Resorts International, is allegedly pursuing Kidman.
The developments have sparked conversations among fans as Urban navigates both professional restructuring and evolving personal headlines.
