Fulham FC is preparing to make Samuel Chukwueze a permanent signing this summer after his impressive spell at the club.
The Nigerian international joined Fulham on a season-long loan from AC Milan last summer, with an option included in the deal to make the move permanent.
According to reports from Gazzetta, Fulham are now willing to trigger that option, with a fee of around €24 million being considered to secure the winger’s services long term.
Since arriving at Craven Cottage, Chukwueze has made a strong impression under manager Marco Silva. The 26-year-old has contributed three goals and four assists in 17 league appearances, showing his value in attack.
His performances have reportedly convinced the club’s hierarchy that he fits into their long-term plans, especially as they look to strengthen their squad ahead of next season.
If the deal goes through, it would mark a significant move for both player and club, with Fulham showing clear intent to build on their progress by retaining one of their standout performers.
