Nigerian singer Omah Lay has sparked reactions after suggesting he may have returned to Christianity following an earlier indication that he had embraced Islam.
The artist, born Omah Stanley Didia, shared the update via Snapchat, where he reflected on his personal spiritual journey.
“Back to the Bible. I enjoyed reading the Quran but I relate more to this,” he wrote.
Omah Lay had previously hinted at converting to Islam a few years ago, but his latest post suggests a shift back to his birth religion.
While he did not provide further details, the statement has drawn attention online, with fans interpreting it as a personal decision about faith and identity.
