Nigerian content creator Peller has voiced frustration over what he describes as a growing wave of legal troubles, revealing that a former member of his team is demanding ₦400 million in damages.
The creator made the revelation while reacting to multiple issues arising from incidents linked to his recent nationwide tour in March.
According to Peller, the latest case involves a former bouncer who worked with him during the tour. He explained that the individual allegedly sustained injuries after falling from a vehicle while on duty.
Peller said the situation was handled immediately, with the injured staff member rushed to the hospital and all medical expenses covered by him.
Despite this, he claims the individual has now taken legal action, demanding ₦400 million in compensation.
“Everybody is suing me, I’m tired. My bouncer from my last state tour is suing me after he fell from a car during the tour. He was rushed to the hospital immediately and I paid all his bills, but now he’s demanding ₦400 million in damages. E wan use me escape poverty…” he said.
The development adds to Peller’s ongoing legal challenges. He was previously sued by a woman following a confrontation at a restaurant in January, further compounding his concerns.
While details of the current lawsuit remain unclear, the situation highlights the increasing legal risks content creators may face, especially when managing large teams and public engagements during tours.
As of now, there has been no public response from the former team member involved in the claim.
