Nollywood actress Funke Akindele set tongues wagging moment after she posted photos
of her and former BBNaija Housemate Teddy A on her Instagram Page.
The photos has many fans of both celebrities talking based on the caption of the
photos which says:
Hi lof him PERIOD! ❤️❤️??.
In other words Funke Akindele is letting the world know she’s got nothing but platonic love
for the father of one Teddy A and his vibe.
Recall that the Jenifer’s Dairy star actress was in the news recently for all the wrong reason
after she was arrested at her Residence in Lekki barely 24 hours of her Video celebrating
her Husband’s Birthday with an House Party which is against the Lagos State Social
Distancing order under the COVID-19 law.
The video got a lot of Nigerians enraged and they called on the Lagos State government to
get her arrested of which she was convicted and sentenced to 2 weeks community work.
More also NCDC immediately removed the video of Funke Akindele which she did for
as awareness for COVID-19 while replacing her days later with new video awareness
done by another Nollywood Actress Toyin Abraham.
The Arrest and persecution of Funke drew a lot of criticism from her follow
Nollywood and Nigerian Celebrities as they called out the Lagos State Government
and the Nigerian Police Force including the Justice System of Lagos State as Clout Chasers.
Backing their outcry with videos from the court hearing in Ikeja which showed no single
Social Distancing in practice the same offence Funke was arrested for.
