In 1979 he graduated with a Bachelors’s Degree in Finance and then enrolled for his Master’s Degree at the same University, which he completed in 1981.

He went further in his educational pursuit as he obtained his Ph.D. degree in International Business at Pacific Columbia University, California.

Having obtained high educational qualifications, he returned to Nigeria to attend the compulsory National Youth Service Corps Scheme.

In December 1983, he founded Pacific Holdings through pacific drilling company limited, specializing in geographical surveys, water treatment, and private and local Boreholes.

Pacific Holdings became a limited liability company in December 1990, giving birth to Pacific Energy, an Oil and gas company that has now become his cash cow.
