Fast-rising R&B singer, Omah Lay has finally spoken out after being released from Ugandan prison and returning to the country yesterday, December 17.
It would be recalled that the ‘Godly’ crooner was arrested alongside Tems and
Muyiwa Awoniyi after they performed at a show they were invited to in Uganda, they were then taken to prisons.
Both superstars were said to have been arrested and detained for floating the Covid-19
guidelines in the country, a move that sparked an online protest from top celebrities in Nigeria.
Their release was however secured a day ago and hours after settling down, Omah Lay decided to thank fans and family who looked out for him during the difficult time while also clarifying some things.
