Controversial Nigerian public speaker Reno Omokri have bragged about how much he helped Nigerians during the Covid-19 lockdown as he attacked those accusing him of being a stingy man.
Reno Omokri has been involved in some controversial scenes in the past few days,
and it does not look like his name will stop making the headlines in the next few days.
Regarded as one of the most controversial personalities on social media, Reno Omokri
has not been shy in voicing his displeasure on some issues.
He was a subject of trollings days ago when some fans labeled him a stingy man.
Reno Omokri was called out by some fans who noted that he’s not used to gifting fans cash price on social media.
Reacting to these allegations, Reno Omokri noted that he gave out over two million naira
in helping Nigerians during the lockdown as he went on to blast the so-called fans claiming he’s stingy.
He tweeted on his official Twitter account:
During the lockdown, I gave out over ₦2 million to Nigerians who were starving without palliatives. Yet, people come to my profile to accuse me of stinginess. The challenge with poverty mentality is that you only remember your hunger, not your helper
Help poor people. But don’t go broke helping them. Because, if you do, you will be broken by the ingratitude of many of the poor that you helped. Some of them will even mock you. The same people who shouted Hosanna for Christ also shouted crucify Him!
