An aggrieved lady on social media has reacted to a news of the federal government paying herdsmen a sum of 100 billion naira to stop a kidnapping in the country.
Kidnapping and killings of innocent souls by herdsmen have become headaches for Nigerians as the Government has been tasked to put an end to the crisis.
The Fulani herdsmen have been accused of many atrocities in the north and south side of the country and this has forced some groups into making a decisive decision by sending the herdsmen out of their region.
However, a video of the government willing to give the herdsmen a sum of 100 billion naira to stop the killings has surfaced on social media.
Nigerians who are not pleased with this development have taken to social media to voice out their frustrations.
Reacting to the story, a lady noted how sad it is that the federal government is paying herdsmen and couldn’t pay staff is ASUU who were on strike for over a year.
See her reaction to the story below:
This same people didn’t have money to pay ASUU and they left students at home for 1 year. I just cannot . https://t.co/4SuXGCTg3g
