Former Big Brother Naija housemate Erica has sent a strong message to those hating on her as she urged them to work on themselves.

Erica who was disqualified from the season five edition of the Big Brother Naija reality show has become one of the biggest brand influencer in the country but that has not stopped her from being trolled.

The beautiful screen diva has been target for trolls on social media for the past few months and she has not been silent when it comes to replying them.

Erica in a new post on her official Twitter account has now warned those who are threatened by her success in the industry to work on themselves.

This was ignited after a fans shamed those trolling Erica for not using the Big Brother Naija tag on her social media profile.

The fan had tweeted;

Is there actually a fan that doesn’t want their fave to transcend the bbn tag? How’s being happy that the tag isn’t being used disrespectful to the bbn brand? Or do you want them to refer to your fave as “bbn ex housemate” 5 years later? Allow people celebrate little wins abeg

Been seeing all those vile comments on Kim’s tweet, babe just posted how glad she is for the progression but Twitter analysts have to add she is ungrateful.. Hmmn as for my fave may this tag continue to drop, loved the intro last night.

Erica who agreed with all the points raised by the fans replied to the tweet by writing:

Don’t mind them! people don’t like it when you grow because it means you are becoming too big for them to control. if you’re threatened by my growth, u better get to work on yourself. I’m not going to be stagnant because of anyone’s insecurities. If this tweet triggers you- grow!
