Former Big Brother Naija housemate Natasha Akide popularly known as Tacha has launched an attack on Nigerians celebrating the new milestone attained by Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala despite their opinion on girl child.
It would be recalled that creebhills.com reported that Nigeria’s Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala was on Monday, February 15, appointed to head the leading international trade body, World Trade Organization.
Okonjo-Iweala, 66, was appointed director-general of the World Trade Organization by representatives of the 164 member countries.
Her achievements sparked a lot of reactions from Nigerians who started a trend to celebrate her new milestones on social media.
Tacha who has never been shy in sharing her thoughts on any trending issues has now come for those who are not in support of girl child education but are celebrating Okonjo-Iweala’s achievement.
According to the beautiful screen diva, anyone who looks elsewhere when underage is being forced to marry or not allowed to go to school should not join in celebrating Okonjo-Iweala.
She urges them to seal their mouth and not join those advocating for the end in underage marriage to take all the accolades.
