It was an emotional moment for families of the kidnapped Greenfield University Students who finally reunited with their children after their release.
Nigerians were left in a sad mood on April 20 when the students were abducted from the private university in Kaduna State.
Five of the abducted students were later killed by the bandits.
The remaining 14 abducted students of Greenfield University were freed on Saturday after 40 days in captivity. Two other persons who were kidnapped alongside the students are also said to have been freed.
Families of the kidnapped student were left emotional when they finally saw their children for the first time in 40 days.
Parents of the students could be seen weeping profusely as they hug their children. They could also be spotted praying to God.
