"Social Media is not a sure source of Income" - Media Personality Victoria Eze

Nigerian Media Personality, Victoria Eze in her latest post on social media expressed that Social Media is not a sure source of income.

According to her, her words might sound harsh especially looking at the fact that the Federal government just placed a ban on Twitter about 48 hours ago, and Nigerian influencers already feeling the heat of it.

And not just social media influencers, companies, banks, stakeholders, and the likes are also seriously affected by the ban, as it’s no longer business as usual.

Miss Victoria justified her point by saying the government or even the App Developers/owner (Mark, Jack, and the likes) can wake up one morning and take it all away.

So it’s better to make sure you have a real-life source of income that can secure you outside the social media space.

But the real question many Nigerians would be asking, is there any secure income anywhere in a country like Nigeria?.

Since the COVID-19 breakout in Nigeria over a year, ago many white-collar staff of various companies have been laid off, even till now the country is yet to fully recover from the losses of COVID-19 economically.
