University of Lagos sacks Two Lecturers exposed in the #BBCAfricaEye Sexual Harassment Scandal

The University of Lagos after many months of investigation into two of its lecturers who were exposed in the now-viral #BBCAfricaEye documentary for sexual harassment (WATCH THE VIDEO HERE)has been dismissed from the university and the school is reviewing its sexual harassment policy to protect students.

According to the latest Campus news school bulletin which was released on the 31st of May 2021, Both Dr. Bobiface Igbeneghu of the Department of European Languages and Integration Studies, Faculty of Arts, and Dr. Samuel Omoniyi Oladipo of the Department of Economics, Faculty of Social Sciences have both been officially dismissed from services rendered to the University with Immediate Effect.
