Award-winning Nigerian comedian, actor and filmmaker, Ayo Makun popularly known as AY has sent a subtly shade Ghanaians as some local dishes in Nigeria appears in a Hollywood movie.

Nigeria and Ghana have become popular on social media for arguing about whose jollof rice should be tagged as the best.

Citizens of both countries have been consistent in representing themselves and top personalities in all walks of life have not been shy in sharing their thoughts.


With the argument cooled down for some time now, AY has tried to resurrect it after seeing the latest Hollywood movie.

Unable to hide his excitement, AY took to his official Instagram account to share a video of the moment Nigeria jollof rice, moi moi and egusi soup was displayed.


The talented actor captioned the video with a message to Ghanaians by insisting that they should stop the argument as this proves Nigeria jollof rice is the best.




He added that despite he’s yet to make it to Hollywood, Nigeria’s jollof rice has made him proud.

Sharing the video, AY wrote:

Since we are yet to make it to Hollywood… Shout out to our Jollof rice, Moi Moi and Egusi for making it to the American Movie ?. The Rookie ?????

I am waiting for these Ghanaians to come and make any noise here again

 

In related news, popular singer and songwriter, Terry Apala alongside his crew members were reportedly robbed in Lagos traffic.
