Biography

However, on August 24th, 2020, she was crowned Miss Uganda World International 2020 after defeating other participants from East African countries. It was an online competition to depict East Africa at the Miss World International beauty contest.

Thereafter, it was supposed to take place in Miami, Florida from October 27th to October 30th, 2020. However, the crisis caused by the Covid Pandemic made the global international event be officially rescheduled till August 8th-11th, 2021.

Doreen attended Entebbe Kindergarten, Lakeside Academy for her elementary schooling. Thereafter, she went to Wanyange Girls School for both “O” and “A” levels.

Doreen Kabareebe was to defend Uganda at the Miss World International beauty contest in 2020, after being named Miss Uganda World International 2020 on August 24th. However, the Ms World International beauty pageant is an organized team-building event in which delegates (beauty queens) bond and grow together.

The beauty pageant’s mission is to unite women from every region, continent, and culture in the competitive spirit to express their interests and exhibit their agendas on a global scale.

Therefore, the queens compete in five stages of solo contests, showing each one’s distinct beauty, modelling talent, camera appeal, and performance skills, as well as various group tasks such as the yacht party pose-off challenge.

Additionally, the pageant provides all of the selected beauty queens with a world-class experience and a once-in-a-lifetime chance to demonstrate their talents. The pageant is aired, and it comprises models of all ages contesting in a four-day reality television show.
