Nollywood actor, Okey Bakassi reveals why he supports Peter Obi

Okey Bakassi, a well-known comedian, has given an explanation of why he is officially endorsing Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party.

In a tweet that he shared, he declared his support for Peter Obi in his efforts to fix Nigeria so that Atiku wouldn’t reside in Dubai and Buhari and Tinubu wouldn’t need to travel to London for medical care.

He further stated that he doesn’t want Atiku or Tinubu to fail, but only wants Nigeria to succeed.

In another news, a Nigerian man based in the United Kingdom, George Imafidon has won the Young Engineer Award in the United Kingdom.

He is a UCL Mechanical Engineering alumnus currently working with Sir Lewis Hamilton’s Team X44 electric racing team and was recognised with the award by the Royal Academy of Engineering.

Imafidon, was among the five awardees who won a prestigious award and a £3,000 prize from the Royal Academy of Engineering.

Jubilating on Twitter, Imafidon wrote: “I WON THE YOUNG ENGINEER OF THE YEAR AWARD!!! ??

To that little boy in Peckham and all the kids having to overcome countless barriers, please believe in yourself. Know that you’re worthy and capable of achieving your dreams. This award is yours ????” He wrote.
