Police harass Mavin artiste, Boy Spyce Seize his car key (Video)

Boy Spyce, a rising musical talent whose real name is Ugbekile David Osemeke, was harassed by police on Wednesday night.

The newest Mavin Records signee broadcast live his interaction with Nigerian Police Force officers who stopped his automobile.

Boy Spyce reportedly saw police officers as he passed a checkpoint, and when the situation grew tense during the search, he decided to broadcast the event live on Instagram so that everyone could witness it.

In the video, he could be heard screaming at the top of his voice as a police officer tried to grab the phone he was using to record.

At a point, his key was also seized while the car was in motion because they claimed he was proving stubborn. The singer said he didn’t feel safe with the manner the security personnel were interrogating him so he refused to turn off the light in his car.


After the back and forth, Boy Spyce gave an update later that the matter has been resolved and he is okay.

 




In related news, a Nigerian lady identified as Regina Legum has said that she got fired by her boss because she participated in a solidarity rally for the presidential candidate of the Labour Party.

She revealed that she worked at a hotel as a receptionist but on the day she was off, she joined the two million-man march that was held in Port Harcourt, Rivers state.

In a video making the rounds online, she narrated how her boss called her when she went to work the next day and told her to go and meet Obi to give her work.

Regina said that her boss brother also asked her how much she was paid to participate in the rally, but she informed him that she did not collect any money.

According to the lady, she pleaded with her boss not to lay her off but her pleas fell on deaf ears as she was laid off the following day.

She said that she gained admission into school this year and the receptionist job is what she wanted to use to sustain herself while studying.
