Jamal Lawal, the son of popular Nigerian gospel singer Monique, who is known for her hit song “let your power flow” with colleague Mike Abdul, has chosen to celebrate Thanksgiving in style this year.
After having undergone surgery the week before, Jamal Lawal wasted no time in ensuring that he ate everything he wanted and thanked God for the gift of life on Thursday, November 24th, 2022.
Monique’s son, Jamal wrote “HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE. I am grateful to GOD for my life and my family, Thank God for making me see this beautiful day, thank God for the doctors that operated on me, Thank you mum and dad and Mofe for standing by me, Thank you, daddy Mike for praying for me, and everyone that prayed for me. I am recovering well, glory be to God”
