A heartwarming video making the rounds online shows a Nigerian mother reuniting with her son abroad after many years apart.
The young man astounded his mother, who had traveled to the country where he was stationed to celebrate Christmas with him.
He approached silently from behind her as she was taking photos in what appeared to be a park and placed his hand on her shoulder.
Users on social media were taken aback when the mother recognized her child simply by looking at his hands and not even looking at the person who had touched her.
She burst into tears when she realized the touch on her shoulder belonged to her child, whom she hadn’t seen in ten years.
Her child encouraged her, and they both hugged each other tightly as she bowed her head and sobbed with joy.
