Nollywood actress, Blessing Jessica Obasi has taken to social media to celebrate her mother as she becomes a septuagenarian today, 3rd February.
Blessing, in a joyful mood, shared a video of herself and her mother beaming with you on her Instagram page. Blessing described her ever-young mother as her twin and noted that there could never be another her.
The film producer lavished praise on her mother, who thanked God for keeping her alive.
She wrote: “Who sat and washed my infant head? My mother. There could never be another you. You are heavens gift to me. You say I am your blessing but each day, I get to know this even better: It is the other way round.
“You are my Blessing. Your virtues, words will never adequately describe. Your selflessness is second to none. You nurture. You build. You give. You bless. Your love is patient, your love is kind. You never gave up on me. Today, I’m simply full of gratitude. So many thoughts.
“Through many valleys we have come but your prayers kept us steady. Your love is big and wide. I love you so much mummy. I wish there were words deeper and bigger to express my love for you.
You are worth celebrating every single day.
